University of Strathclyde

University of Strathclyde是一所位於蘇格蘭Glasgow(格拉斯哥)的公立研究型大學，前身為1796年成立的Andersonian Institute，及後於1964年受皇家認可升格成大學。

University of Strathclyde的校園名為John Anderson Campus，中央大樓名為Royal College Building，建成至今已有100年歷史，在初運作時是歐洲最大的教學大樓。大學的主圖書館名為Andersonian Library，是全蘇格蘭最大的大學圖書館，圖書館樓高5層，不單有超過2,000個供學生閱讀的位置以及450部電腦，更有多達100萬本藏書。

現時University of Strathclyde主要分為以下四大學院：

University of Strathclyde雖然總排名在英國國內不算出眾(Complete University Guide: 44、The Guardian: 52)；但在不同的科目領域均能打進英國國內頭10名，例如Accounting & Finance、Architecture、Aural & Oral Sciences、Business & Management Studies、Communication & Media Studies、Electrical & Electronic Engineering等等，顯然大學在很多專業領域均受排名機構及業界認可。
